This booking is for initial consultations up to 60 minutes that take place at our Clayfield location – if the session times don’t suit or if your child is attending a school that we already attend to consult, please let us know and we will arrange an initial assessment to suit at that school or at our Clayfield rooms.

Please ensure you provide us with your child’s name, age and the areas of concern or the services that you wish to discuss during your consultation. We will send more information and forms to complete to save time in the session.

If you have been referred to a particular team member, please let us know so that we can make sure you have an appointment with them if available. We look forward to CARING for you and your child.
